After looking over their website I can not say with certainty this is a cult though their absence of a doctrinal statement and their withdrawal from the Assemblies of God do arouse suspicions. Putting together everything I found on the site it seems this congregation is influenced by current movements that have their roots in the Latter Rain and Word Faith movements. These two movements are usually not labeled as cultic although they are usually considered heretical.
I suspect "invasion" is just some "revival" slogan invented by the pastor to speak of the congregation's aggressiveness.
Two things you say are quite disturbing. If she is being isolated from her friends and family this is indeed a red flag. This is a very cultic trait. I am also quite concerned that you say she is giving her trust fund to Bill Johnson. I hope you mean she is giving some of it to the church corporation. If she is giving her whole trust fund to a man it is time for an intervention!
One word of consolation I can give is that such groups usually have a high turnover rate. Long time members eventually see things that disappoint and disillusion them. The man made excitement eventually gets old.
If you are not prudent you can make it harder for your niece to eventually leave this group and admit that it was not spiritually sound. If you use a harsh tone in your criticisms or argue with her about this group she will feel persecuted and she will have put her pride on the line. It may then be too hard for her to admit she was wrong. I encourage you to read the article at this link:
http://www.apologeticsindex.org/283-lessons-learned-from-lying-leaders
This article will help you understand the mentality within these groups. If you remain kind and loving toward your niece you will make it easier in the end for her to leave. I know these kinds of groups and I feel certain she will eventually face some kind of crisis in her involvement there. At that point she will go to those she believes love her and care about her for advice. I will pray for her along with you.

I honestly believe that Bethel Church is not a cult. They're even been considered as an influential church in US right now (Check this out: http://kingdomchange.org/state-of-the-church/most-influential-pentecostal-charismatic-churches-in-america/) . For you to really understand her, i suggest that maybe you should talk to her and keep and open mind. Listen to her and understand where she's coming from and see for yourself. :)

Bethel Church is a church that has become so heretical as to become an apostate church. It is a dangerous fraud.

Here is their website:
http://www.ibethel.org/
and another website talking about a service there with 'angel orbs'. Weird.
http://www.maxgreinerart.com/AngelOrbsCont2.html
I couldn't find any more, so I hope this helps. It certainly sounds like a cult to me.
