Go to Vietnam, if you exchange about $62.50 US you will get one million Vietnamese Dong, you will then be a millionaire, and you can exchange 2 or 3 times that much and be a multi-millionaire.

Start with two million and invest unwisely.
Seriously, work hard, save and invest prudently. Two things that helped me are good real estate investments and owning my own businesses.
Read "The Millionaire Next Door" for one of my favorite books on the subject.
