it really depends, you just have to be ready for any outcome. (mainly for sex) to get a boyfriend after 12 get kissed is the same.

Having a boyfriend is OK at practically any age. A nice kiss is fine any time, but passionate kissing should be saved for a special guy at a special time and during a special relationship, and probably it should be reserved for ages past 17. Yes, 17. Sex...such a difficult question. Legally it all has to be past age 18, that is the law, its in black and white and its quite simple. People absolutely need to take precautions, to use protection in order to avoid unwanted pregnancy or transmission of a disease, it is extremely important. It would be nice if people could hold off until marriage, it really would...but thats just not realistic, life does not unfold that way for most people. If it were up to me I'd advise holding off on sex until...after college. Yes, after age 22. But thats just me.

All of those things will have different answers because people are raised differently. I think for a boyfriend, a serious boyfriend, high school aged. Kiss, the same age. And to have sex, I think the no earlier than high school aged. But I think younger people should wait longer to have sex with their significant other. And the wait until marriage thing, I think it's way too long. My brother once told me: "You gotta try it before you buy it." Haha. Words of the wise. But then again, if you do wait for marriage, maybe some are indifferent to how their spouse performs in bed, just as long as they love and are in love with each other.
Peace and Happiness.

you need to understand that if one gives out all their love in boyfriends at such a young age, there won't be anymore magic... right?
especially, sex. the time you do it for the first time, should be for the person that you know that you will be spending the rest of your life with. today, in this world, more & more premarital sex is going on, & more divorces everyday! coinsidence? i think not! sure it feels good, but it will feel even better if you do it with your marriage partner, dont you think?
kiss, the same, but less strict =)

Have a boyfriend: Earliest around 16/17
Get kissed: Earliest around 17
Have sex: whenever you are prepared to be on birth control and demand a condom and a blood test for STDs. If that's when you're 17, fine. If that's when you're 25, then fine. I want to say to wait until you're married, but let's face it--this is a reality check. I would much rather my daughter be honest with me and be PROTECTED than to tell her to wait until she's married and have her getting pregnant at 20.

As long as you're safe about it, whatever age feels right.
Just don't be pressured by your partner. Whatever age feels right FOR YOU.
Be it 15, 25, 35, or whatever.
Love has nothing to do with it, because love doesn't last forever. When you're young, guys use "i love you" as a weapon to get you to have sex/kiss/whatever. So like I said...when it feels right TO YOU.
