Our Comcast cable and internet/phone goes out during almost every storm. I was just wondering if anyone who had AT&T could tell me how their cable and internet were in the Ft. Lauderdale area during our daily storms. Thanks!

The reason it's going out during a storm is that it is interfering with the weak signal being received by the cable company and the weather is overpowering that signal, just as the sun twice a year disrupts the signal with its own signal. The lightning is the storm has it own signal which over rides the weaker cable signal.
