You can lose weight without exercise through a reduced calorie diet. 1200-1500 should be sufficient, but never go lower that 1200 as it slows down your metabolism. The problem with not exercising is that the weight you lose isn't all fat, a good portion of it is muscle too. This means that when you do lose weight you'll still be soft and mushy even though you weigh less. It also means you will gain fat a lot easier because your metabolism is slow. You have to make time to exercise. 15 of strength training 3 times a week can help you preserve muscle mass. You can even break up your workouts into 3 10 min sessions a day. Everyone has 10 minutes in their day to spare.

Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.freelstore.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.99$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

I suggest the Cinch Inch Loss Plan. It's powered by leucine an essential acid that travels directly to muscle to signal protein synthesis. It helps your body preserve muscle mass while you lose weight and inches from fat.
On most diets, you lose muscle as well as fat. When you lose muscle, you lose some of your body's ability to burn fat and your metabolism drops.
In three weeks, I lost 10 lbs, 4 1/2 inches from my waistline and 2 1/4 inches from my hips.
It's very healthy and easy to follow.
Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions.

To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.

you dont need to exercise to lose weight. you have to lower your calories. even with exercise you wont lose weight if you take in too many calories.you will lose weight faster from dieting alone than exercise alone.
