You can't, there's no miracle pill or smoking gun. Healthy diet and exercise. There's no night time pill, or carb cutter. you have to exercise. walk, that isn't really hard, put your tunes on and step out for 30 minutes a day. cut the foods you KNOW you shouldn't have, and we both know what they are. It happens slowly, but it stays off, and what would you be doing anyway?? Existing, then do this while you do that and you'll lose.

The best way to lose weight is doing exercise.

The best type of exercise for weight loss is something you ENJOY DOING and are likely to continue doing - not just while losing weight but also as you maintain weight in the long term.

Your initial fitness goal should be to do 30 minutes of exercise each day. Thereafter, gradually increase this (ideally) to about 60 minutes of exercise per day.

The best combination of exercise is a mixture of aerobic and weight/strength training (and stretching). Aerobic and weight/strength training exercises both assist weight loss but in different ways.

The short answer is, there is no way, not if you want to keep it off. So my advice is, go dancing, switch the junk food for tasty salads and snacks and just have fun, because exercise regimes get boring, but dancing around like an idiot is fun, and keeps you in shape!

Drink lots of water too! And watch how much fruit and veg you eat! They actually have high sugar levels in, so if you're going to have them, try not to have too many sugary fruits, as sugar just changes into fat in the end. Lots of water helps flush out the toxins in your body, and will make you feel a lot better as well!

You might like weights as well, lots of people enjoy them as it strengthens the muscles, and you can easily watch tv while using dumbells on the arms :)

Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and be active , you will not have problem losing some weight.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

Do you also want to win a sports competition without trying, or maybe pass a test without studying, or even earn money without working?

Everything good in life needs to be achieved, including 'weight loss.' You should eat healthy and exercise, that's the only way you'll really reach your goal.

Nothing comes to ANYONE without work and diligence. The ONLY ways I can think of to lose weight without TRYING....FALL IN LOVE or GET CANCER AND HAVE CHEMOTHERAPY!

If you need to lose weight, try reverse exercise. By that...I mean everytime you bend your elbow your mouth shouldn't fly open. Try not bending your elbow so much and when you do...make sure it's healthy stuff going in your mouth. NOT McDonald's!

You can't. It' sad but true. The only way to lose weight long- term is to exercise more and eat less.

Short time solutions like fasting are unhealthy and and acutally a lot more work.

Drink a big glass of water during each meal, you will fill up faster. Trust me on this one, it really helps me a lot.

And take the stairs. ;)

You're at an okay weight though, so I don't think you really need to worry.
