That would depend upon what type of church you attended, since different denominations have different styles of worship. At my church, there are three Scripture readings, as well as hymns, a sermon, and prayers. Special collections may be taken for charitable causes. But the big focal point is Communion (the Holy Eucharist), which is a memorial of the Last Supper that Christ shared with His disciples. After Communion, there is usually one more hymn before leaving. The service takes approximately an hour.

Depends which church you go to.
At my Church we have Sacrament Meeting which is where we partake of the water and bread in remembrance of Christ. We listen to the talks of various members of the Church. The talks are usually personal stories and words from the scriptures.Prayer and song is also a part of the meeting.
Then we have Sunday School which is like bible study. We learn about the life of Christ.
Then we have Relief Society which is for the sisters. This is a lesson to help us live Christ like lives.
Children go to Primary and youth also have classes as do the men (Priesthood)
I have been to other churches and they are different.

No, you go and experience the Lord of all creation in praise and worship that only starts down here but will last throughout eternity. God has set in order the divine placement of kings, priests and prophets in the church and your and my calling is at least two of the above. God calls and anoints believers in Christ with the same spirit and power that was upon Christ when He walked on this earth and now the believer is to carry out the divine work of Christ on this earth til Christ calls the Church, His Bride up to be glorified also with Him and then after a seven year cleansing of sin and evil from this earth and it's people, Christ will return and put Satan and His followers into a bottomless pit for 1000 years while we rule and reign with Christ in glorified bodies on this earth. No we do not just sit around reading the Bible. We enter into the court of God's holiness with praise and we take the word of God and present it to God as God speaks a divine living word to His Children and we experience the Grace of God's goodness as He brings healing and refreshness of spirit to everyone present. Then we are able to go out and be the true kings priests and prophets to a lost and dying world who without Christ is without hope..Need I say more? God is calling all to come and experience Him and the light of His Glory, so, let him have your cares and worries and he will lift you up and you shall never be lonely ever again.

I am so sorry you have never experienced going to church. We sing and study our Sunday school lessons from a book. We have discussions about our lessons in Sunday school. Our minister preaches the word of God from the Bible to us in church.

Sacrament mtg:
Sing, pray, ward business, sing, bless and take the sacrament, talks or testimonies, sing, pray.
Sunday School: (Have to ask about primary from someone who is part of it. I'm a Convert...so I missed Primary)
Pray, then listen, read, and discuss the scriptures. Pray.
Relief Society (you will have to ask a Priesthood Holder what happens in the Priesthood meetings):
Sing, read scripture, pray, announcements, lessons, discussions, song prayer.
Mix and mingle between and after. :)
