Instead of spending money on junk food, buy some healthy and delicious snacks as a replacement. How about trail mix with nuts and dried fruit, organic chips and cookies, sugar free or low fat shorbet ice cream or yogurt. Celery dipped with peanut butter or baby carrot sticks. You can eat cheerios by itself instead of with milk as a snack. Pretzels etc. There's a lot of replacement food you can eat which is healthy and low in fat and sugar in place of junk food.

Binge on water, if you really feel the need to be full. I drink a big glass of it during dinner, and it really helps me psychologically with overeating. I really have to feel full at least once a day, or I just keep on snacking. You should keep in mind, though, that drinking water slows your digestion down and makes you absorb more fat and stuff, but it's worth it to help me stop pigging out! :)
Also, try to not even have evil foods in the house, and keep busy as far away from food as possible. Get your mind off it.

tell yourself you can eat whatever you want, whenever you want and not feel guilty about it. before you know it, you won't want as much junk food because it's not forbidden. also, make sure that you eat healthy meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner (500 calories each; whole grains, fruit, veggies, lean meats, dairy) and two healthy snacks (200 calories) a day, and drink lots of water. also, listen to yourself and try to find out why you're bingeing. are you trying to fill an emotional void? there are plenty of ways to take care of yourself emotionally without breaking the calorie bank: write down your feelings in a journal, talk with a counselor, go for walks, talk to God, talk kindly to yourself. no matter what, you matter.

um try telling yourself you dont need that and trade your junk food for fruit, since it still has sugar in it.
but if you dont want to cut down completely, try those 100 calorie pack things. they taste good and they have less calories.
also, you could try drinking a lot of water bc it will make you feel full
