I am heading to Las Vegas for a week and I don't want to completely ruin my diet. How can I eat healthy and NOT overeat while I'm there?

eating healthy on vacation is relatively easy and eating healthy here in Vegas is no different. you simply have to stick to high protein meals and vegetables and cut the carb intake way down. avoid foods that are drenched in rich and creamy sauces, etc. and have the waiter/waitress put them on the side for dipping as most of them are high in fat

don't feel like you are forced to eat foods just because they are advertised on the menu a certain way. "you" are paying and can certainly make any changes that are simple for the cooks or food servers to perform.

All the great buffets are loaded with healthy choices like grilled meats and fish, fruits and salads. You'll have to have a lot of self control, though, because they're also loaded with desserts and other tempting foods. Load up on the good stuff and allow yourself a bite of two of dessert for a little reward.

Just stick to lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and be active , you will not have problem.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
