I do not know if they are citizenship cards as much as they are ID cards. I do think that all illegals should all go to New Haven and take advantage of their generosity, and we will find out once and all if illegals add more to the tax base than take from it. We need to spread the word

um no city or state can issue citizenship cards only the federal government, ie Department of Homeland Security can issue a naturalization certificate. There is no card involved concerning citizenship, most intelligent folks know that, it is a paper that looks like a diploma and it has a naturalization number.

You mean ID card. Can you believe it? New Haven is letting them have an "I am an illegal alien" card. If that isn't enough to deport them, I don't know what is!

They are supposed to be deported if they are here illegally, not given citizenship cards and helped! What is happening, have people gone mad?

they are just issuing ID cards that they can show to police and such if pulled over or anything not citizenship cards

I wonder how many people have considered the other effects of this policy...
