Contact Yahoo go to http://www.yahoo.com. Perhaps they do not have lotteries at this time, perhaps they will have lotteries at a latter date. When in doubt ask the source themselves. They will be the only resource to ask for such a question. Does Yahoo have a lottery in their offices, such as a football pool type of lottery, it is possible, do they do this in offices in the UK, Spain, etc. and otherwise. You get the idea. Ask Yahoo.
