Not only that, but it won't work. That copy can only be activated on one computer - if he installs it and then you install it, it will tell you that the key is invalid. You'll have 30 days to purchase a legal key an enter that to activate it. If you don't, it will delete your desktop shortcuts and start menu and won't let you do anything but connect to the microsoft store to purchase Vista.

I agree, its not worth downloading vista in the first place.
Stick with Microsoft XP or better yet Linux

yes, it would be illegal, license says that you can only install on only one processor or cpu.
