Handful of Strawberries
Splash of any fruit juice (orange is a favourite)
about 6 ice cubes.

Blend until smooth.
Sometimes, I like adding some vanilla, too

I think bananas and strawberries together in a blender is great and maybe an orange too.

I dont like them with yoghurt a whole lot, I prefer to use banana as the "base" because it blends really well. It's soft enough. It goes a lovely pale pink with the strawberries added. Yum and that's super healthy.

STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

2 c. vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 c. fresh strawberries
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. crushed ice
Additional fresh strawberries

Combine ice cream, 1 1/2 cups strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and ice in container of an electric blender. Process until smooth. Pour into individual glasses and garnish with additional strawberries. Yield: 4 cups.

Add strawberries to a few scoops of icecream and a splash of milk and blend thoroughly.

what i use it ice, milk or yogurt, and strawberries (frozen or fresh) for added protein I add a scoop of whey.
