Well, getting "rid" of your sister would be illegal...so why not settle for something a little less extreme?
Have you tried not being around her? Ignorning her? Leaving the house?
You have an endless amount of options!

I have 3 sisters. Growing up they were a royal pain in the a s s!
But I survived them, and you will too. Just try to be patient with her. It's going to be hard most of the time, but someday you'll be happy to have her. In the meantime, get more into your studies and hang out with your own friends. Stay away from her more.
It'll work out in the end. Trust me.

You shouldn't say How do you get rid of her because it seems like you are trying to off her. Sisters can be a pain I have three an two sisters-in-law but it is ok. Talk to her about what bothers you and maybe you can streghten your relationship from there.

Do not even see her, do not talk to her, do not be around her, is she is one place go to another, etc. Your parents should tell her not to bother you
