I want to loose weight but i am still pretty young like a preteen and i am not obease but i weigh 115 pounds and I want to loose some of it. What is the quickest and smartest way of loosing weight?

excersize daily, and dont expect results, they will come. If you expect results you will get discouraged, just have fun with the type of excersize you are doing and results will follow. also substitute soda for water, like when you go out to dinner or anytime you would have a soda, drink a water in stead, that will help loose weight but more importantly be all around healthier. and lastly you are still young and im sure it is a stage, because i went through it too.

1. Eat healthier
2. Excercise atleast about 3-6 times a week from 30 - 60 minutes. Do something you love to do, like get together with your friends and play some sports, ride your bike, walk to the mall, stuff like that.

Play sports and eat healthier also drink lots of water.
