Can I use china plates in oven to cook some stuff?

If its true chinaware, then no. Its too delicate to take the oven temperatures. Now, if it is, in fact, stoneware, then yes...to a degree. Stoneware is much heavier and more durable than chinaware. It will, on the back, generally state if it is oven safe. Even then I would not want to expose it to high oven temperatures. High enough to re-heat something, but not generally high enough to actually cook.
