At 14 years old and 5'4 the average "good" weight is about 110 - 135. However, because you're still changing rapidly fluctuations in your weight are perfectly normal. It is also a good idea not to worry about how you "should" or "shouldn't" be, although i know that this is growing increasingly tougher at this day and age. This is especially important while someone your age is still growing, as many organs, bones and tissue demand plenty of nutrients for healthy growth, and it is wise to eat slightly more than the "RDA" on the side of boxes and packages during this stage, but to eat with common sense (as much fruit and veg, some dairy products, the odd treat).
There is of course, one thing that many people forget. I worry about my weight all the time, but every now and again, if I look around me, I realise that every one is different! There is no eye colour that we should or shouldn't have! No nose shape or hairline... These are things that naturally set us apart from other people! People need to be comfortable in their own skin, and other people need to stop pestering them not to!
I'll just say one more thing, and it is the most important. People don't get fat because they eat too much. They don't stay thin all their lives by eating 2000 calories a day and drinking alot of coffee! Most people that are a good weight not only exercise, but enjoy it! Find a sport that you like, it will keep you happy and at a "good" weight! As cavemen we used to have to run and jump to stay alive, eventually we grew to invent sports and play them because we enjoyed doing it!
Don't go back to being a caveman.
Thanks

I'm 5'4. I usually weigh between 130 and 140. My doctors tell me that around 125 is ideal for my size. Maybe that will help- but I am quite a bit older than you.

At 5' you should weigh about 100 pounds, and for every inch add 5 pounds. So about 115-120.

I don't think age matters as much... it just makes you more or less curvy...
I'm 5'3" and 115. I'm 21 right now. I've been circling around 110-115 ever since 14. I think that is a healthy weight.
