Would you believe this about the BIG BANG ?

Question

Earlier today I tossed out a question about the Big Bang and
I'm happy to say no one really knows my opinion (including
myself) and I had the enjoyment of reading thought provoking
answers to ponder. Being accused of being a Creationist
by some, an Evolutionist, an illiterate and an idiot (not to
mention other choice innuendos) reminded my of why I'm
so addicted to the Q & A section -- there's true knowledge
to be had, some heavy things to contemplate and the
opportunity to observe your fellow human beings at their
best and worst. There's always humor to be found.

The bible tells us before God created the son and the moon, He first did the earth. Thus, big bang is unbiblical, though it may sounds reasonable. However, it's still extremely unreasonable and illogical to think out of nothing, NOTHING, came a BANG! That'll require more faith believe that than to have faith in God.

space and time are embedded in our minds. it is the only way of perceiving things actively. objects exists independently of us, however without this quality we would not be able to perceive spatiotemporal objects of any sort. we would be in a sense blind but still be able to hear and smell and feel. i was going to relate this to something but i forgot...oh well. have a nice day.

that sounds about right. i don't know why some people think ignorance is something to be ashamed of. you seem to know the most important thing (as i see it, anyway) - the fact that you don't know the answer. that doesn't mean that all possible answers are equally good does it?
