the fat content of a food does not determine if it is healthy or not.

foods that are truly "good" for you have not been processed so they are still in their natural state. all hot dogs are processed are are not of the highest quality meats. a healthy piece of meat would be unprocessed like an egg, piece of steak, burger, fish, etc.

the easiest way to determine how good a food item is by simply looking at the list of ingredients. the shorter the list of ingredients the less the food item has been processed and the less the amount of artificial additives, preservatives, etc. there are

Nope. Take a look at the sodium content, I'm sure it is through the roof. Just because something is low in fat does not make it good for you.

I'm positive that it is still processed and processed foods contain like massive amounts of sodium. Plus I doubt they taste any good.
