The word was probably Eloi, or some varient. Jesus spoke Aramaic.
But I'm sure you can see the relation between the two words phonetically.

Jesus was born a Jew to Mary and Joseph, both Jews. "Allah" as you say, is not a Hebrew or Aramaic word, it is an Arabic word that means "the God".
Jesus used the word "Eloi" for God, which is an Aramaic word---- "Eloi, Eloi, lema sabachtani?" (Mark 15:34, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?")
The Arabic language, was confined largely to the Arabian Peninsula until the 7th cent. A.D. and there is no evidence that Jesus was in or anywhere around the Arabian Peninsula during the 1st century A.D.
Jesus lived in the area of Nazareth, Galilee and Jerusalem, not in Arabia.

No way Jesus ever called his Father Allah. The true God of all the earth is named YHWH or Jehovah not Allah. Contrary to some peoples belief Jehovah and Allah are NOT the same God. Allah was not invented 700 some odd years after Christ. Jesus probably spoke Hebrew to his Father and therefore called him El (God) Adonai (Lord) and Ava (Father) also Jesus spoke Aramaic the common tongue of the time and thus we know he called him Eloi (my God) from the scriptures . Actually Jesus would have used the Hebrew word Adonai or perhaps the Word Jehovah, Allah was the name of a Bedouin moon god and a minor one at that until Mohammed elevated that lessed diety into the One gos of the Muslim faith.

He didn't use the word Allah.. he used the word Abba which is translated Father. This was a shock to the Apostles because it was such an informal way of talking about God the Father.

Theos = Greek word translated "God" in the New Testament
Kurios = Greek word translated "Lord"
Abba = Aramaic word analogous to "daddy"
Adonai = Hebrew word translated "Lord"
Elohim = Hebrew word translated "God"

...allah is an Arabic form linguistically related to Elohim and was NOT what Jesus would speak.

Perhaps you are thinking of when He said Abba Father, it was not Allah. Of course, God was part of his vocabulary but not the word God. Father was what he called God. Thus, Abba. Hope this helps.

Jesus spoke Aramaic not Arabic, but if he was speaking Arabic yes he would of used the word Allah.

The New Testament was written in Greek, but Jesus would have spoken in aramaic.
"Elaw" or "ilah" means "God" in Aramaic and is derived from the mother word "Allah".
In Islam, God has 99 names of which "Allah" is just one. Muslims often refer to GOD Almighty as "Allah", because it is not only His Holy Name, but it also means that He is the supreme God.
I say, it doesn't matter what he calls Himself. Allah, Yaweh, Jehovah....He is God.
