I've asked my parents several times to take me to the dentist but it's going to be 3 weeks before my scheduled appointment, I have trouble with approx. [ one ] tooth ( a molar in the back of my mouth ), the cavity is very progressed with an infection in my gum line next to the tooth, I have been pushing it around every now and then trying to loosen it.

The pain.... I can't stand the pain, it radiates to the bottom of my jaw. Pliers will not grip, I received a full bottle of antibiotics today that I intend to use after I take the tooth out.

How can I get through this? What should be done to properly extract the tooth and complete the healing process.

You have your parents to take you to the dentist at once !

I say again, at once!

And from where did you obtain antibiotics? And if it was obtained through a medical professional, without addressing the pathology itself, then this is sad indeed and at least incompetent.

Do not wait, for this can evolve into an unbelievable condition that otherwise would be simple to resolve.

The teeth and gums are nothing to trifle with.

This does not sound to be an impacted molar but an abscess that has gone awry. That infection is circulated throughout the body and can weaken and sicken you.

This is a molar. Once molars are gone, they do not return. Keeping teeth in and well aligned and grounded ensures that the integrity of the jaw bone itself is kept strong and healthy.

The pain is your body giving you a warning signal. Abide it!

Under no circumstances do you dare remove the tooth with pliers ! That is foolishness! And dangerous! Anyone who performs his or her own tooth extraction has a fool for a dentist! 'Get it?

Your husband has an abscess tooth and yes it needs to be pulled. However, dentist won't pull until abscess is gone. He'll have to take antibiotic's before pulling. Not sure if the jaw will be covered over. Are you talking jaw or gum? After healing the gum will cover over some what. It will not hide open space left behind. He should get himself to the dentist as soon as possible before it gets any worse.

The antibiotics will control the infection and end the pain completely. The tooth can be properly repaired to where it will last many years without any discomfort. Never take your teeth out if it is possible to save them. It causes a person to have difficulty eating and their facial features to shift.

ok it sounds like an abcess (pus filled bubble) which is an infection and this is very important don't pull it out, because if you do the infection can go to your heart and it can kill you... now something you can try for the pain in the mean time is putting almond or vanilla extract right in the cavity the pain will be gone within 15 mins...

Call the Dentist yourself and explain the symptoms.
This qualifies as an emergency.
He should reschedule and see you promptly.
Do take the antibiotics, (dose as prescribed), to prevent blood poisoning.
