no person is an island. Human beings are social creatures, and the human person thrives when living in a community and a healthy environment. So, I would say that it is not enough to merely be a spiritual person and have beliefs. Rather, a person should belong to a faith community so that one's spirituality progesses, and at the same time, that person can contribute to the spiritual well-being of other community members. Whether one religion is better than another is determined by an individual's spiritual progress.

Following the rules put out by other people seems trivial compared to thoroughly and completely believing in something. If those two systems happen to make you believe the same things, so be it.
As for specifics, the leader of the Catholic Church, Pope Benedict XVI, recently stated in a very nuanced and doctrinal way that the Catholic Church is the true church of Jesus, while the Protestant religions have it wrong.

Neither is important. My opinion is that men and the world is better off without Religion or worship of gods.
However, if you want the point of view of religions -- then you have to consider this:
All Protestant religions are founded by Men who were reacting against the established church. By their very essense, they are turning away from the religion founded by Jesus and are heretics (look up the definition of the word if you don't believe me).
The Catholic Church was founded by Jesus. Orthodox churches make the same claim -- and can also be traced back to Jesus and Peter. While I do not condone their practices -- I firmly believe that anyone who calls himself a Christian and is not Catholic or Orthodox is someone who does not understandhis religion.

it is better to just try and be the best person you can be: seek peace; seek love, compassion, mercy and pursue these things.
the problem with most churches, is way too often people feel they must fall for the "whole package" and almost always there will be things involved that are both good and bad, right and wrong; look into different denominations, take the good that they offer and reject that which is not good, kinda like being "a little bit of this and a little bit of that" as opposed to claiming to be a pure catholic, baptist, methodist, etc.
But again, focus on that which is good, treat others the way you would like to be treated; focus on the basics of Christianity like prayer, the LORD's supper, baptism, etc.
If you encounter evil, try to overcome it with goodness.

Well religion is good ,going to church is good, some times it
will make you feel good. And all religion are the same because we all pray for the same things in life, and we pray to the same God no matter what religion we are.

God is better than any religion.
In each religion that believes in Christ,
you will have some that are saved and some who are not.
God will never fail you. God is the best.

its important to be spiritual but going to a church is very important - that is where we do our best worship - the denomination is less important as long as the basics for salvation are taught correctly
