I have heard that it doesn't matter what you eat for breakfast while on a diet. Well, obviously don't gorge yourself, but whatever you eat, you will burn it off quic before the end of the day, therefore it doesn't matter.

I have started eating healthier and lost 77 lbs. Cut out the carbs, high sugar, and high fat.
I switched to low carb low fat yogurts, no sugar added flavored instant oats, scrambled eggs, CRISP bacon blotted after cooked, & vegetable juice (V8) instead of sugary fruit juice.
If you have a wal-mart, in the deli area they carry whats called flat out bread. Try the low carb one. Fill it with scrambled egg, cheddar cheese, and salsa. It is very low fat, low cal, and low carb. 2 eggs, 1 oz. cheese, 1/4 c salsa per flatbread. Its wonderful!
