its a western name, my friend's name is Rhiann and thats how it's sometimes (incorrectly) trnslated.... but it's not a word i've heard before.

if so that is 霊安室 
霊安室=chapel of rest // funeral chapel // mortuary

Is it "冷暗"?
冷暗=cool and dark space // dark cold place
