He wants you to be absorbed in the question so as to avoid real concerns.
If men can see in business that the boss says what is acceptable or not, why should we believe God would not say what is acceptable worship or not?
If, as He has, an acceptable way, it is easily apparent most are not following it. Over 10,000 religions all claiming to be Christian. Simple reasoning tells us most are wrong. Which is the right one?
From everything we see, God is an individual who is organized in everything He does. this would apply to both His choice of worship and to the religion practicing that true worship.
So continue to be wrapped up in questions like women's dress. Satan loves you.

Either or, he's incredibly resourceful and can accomplish his goals if they cover or uncover themselves. i.e. cover themselves and being in bondage to a false religion works for him just like uncovering themselves and inviting lust.

In Genesis when the Serpent gave the fruit of the 'Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil' to Eve and then she gave it to Adam, and their eyes were opened, knowing good from Evil - they were naked and ashamed.
Therefore, learn NOT to be ashamed of you nakedness, nor try to determine the difference between absolute Good and absolute Evil. Both "sides" in this eternal war have at some time or another wanted Humanity dead, dead, Dead!...

Satan wants us to obsess over how much women should and shouldn't wear, so we get in the habit of treating them like objects instead of our fellow human beings. He's a devious bugger, that one.
