Having a hickey is so old and high school days....
If you don't want a hickey, just tell her, that you want her to respect your body...

Why would you degrade how she feels for you like that? I mean that shows she has passion enough for you to mark you when you are with her. I mean if guys can wear scratches down their back with pride of some good sex. And women can wear small bruises from good sex as a badge of honor. Then what is wrong with a hickey? I rather have a comfortable time explaining I was making out with my bf and did that than saying "oh well, ya see, I got this bruise last night, from my bf, cause he, well he had me in this position that nearly broke my back and caused alot of bruising and swelling." I mean hickeys everyone knows what they are about. But if you had some other stuff showing up on you, having to explain your lover got way too rough and you couldn't handle it would embarass the hell out of ya for quite some time. Especially if your friends found out they would rib you for days over it.

Jon if you are 13 or 14 years old I think it is pretty normal. But for people over that age it does look rather trashy and immature. Some people don't mind having hickey's on places that aren't obvious to others but it depends on the person I suppose.

Yeah, I wouldn't call it white trash, because trash can be any color, but it definitely makes you look low-class and inexperienced, and can make other people feel awkward being around you. If she is so "into" trying to suck your blood through your skin, either wear a necklace of garlic or aim her head lower. Either way, it won't show in public anymore.

it is very "white trash" tell her out of respect for her you prefer to get your love markings so others may not be able to see. When people see such markings on a man they think the worst of the woman involved
