Well, I don't think so, however, have any of you noticed that fans of the 4 Euro Heavyweight champs get sorta nervous when EH's name is mentioned. One thing that keeps bouncing around in my head is how EH can still fight a strong 12 rounds, and too many prime heavies can't even do that today. So, I CAN envision an scenario where EH scores a KO over an exhausted Eastern European, or wins on cuts...as well all know, eastern EURO's have thin skin.
Evander has one thing that age will never take away: the will to keep fighting no matter what. It's also his downfall.

YES. Evander is a former champ. He knows how to win. He has a serious set of whiskers---he can take a shot. He's taken punches from the likes of Foreman, Bowe, Rahman, Lewis, and Tyson. The man giveth as good as he taketh. Even on a bad night, his heart can not be questioned. He definitely can regain the title. After all, how many of the current champs have even been in the ring against the 5 men I mentioned earlier. Evander might very well be on the on the wrong side of 30--or 40 for that matter, but, his work ethic, toughness, stamina, heart and determination are qualities that may very well catapult him right back to the top. I think it would be sweet. In this day and age with the crop of pretenders and paper champions out there, its certainly well within the realm of possibility. Evander for Champion in 2008.

No chance in hell. There is a reason New York revoked Evander's boxing license. 1 of the lame Klitschkos will knock Holyfield out to end his faded career and plump up their records of beating patsies. Holyfield is a sad case of a guy way past his prime with nothing left.

well anythings possible with the terrible standard of heavyweights the last 15 years. We have guys now who were flat out beating old men from the 1990's who in turn got beaten by a fat old man from the 1970's, george foreman!
So I don't see any reason why one of those old men from the 80's and 90's can't make a comeback against the latest bunch of bums, who represent the smallest numbers of competing heavyweights in history.

As far as beating Klitscho no, but most of the other champions are jokes so he might be able to beat one of these handpicked clowns. He isn't in the top 10 heavyweights. So I would say yes if he finds the right matchup but he really needs to hang them up he looks terrible!!!

The way he will win this title again is if a "B" fighter beats one of the heavyweight champions. Just think of the Buster Douglas and Tyson fight. George Foreman had it happen to him also and then he defeated Moore.

Yeah, if he can get in his best shape and train real hard. The so-called heavyweight champs today couldn't even carry Evander's jock even at age 44.

He looked better the other night than he has in 10 years1 that said, he might have a chance against one of those lesser guys, but not Klitschko. I would have loved to see him fight the Klitschkos 15 years ago though.

Sure, why not. The heavy weight division is still wide open and lacking a dominating force (like Tyson or Ali in their prime).

I`d say no, but boxing is a sport that constantly surprises us. I`d hate to see him win, because that means a payday fighting someone who is going to cripple him for life.
