it is a problem at the moment especially with areas that are covered in large stretches of concrete and no adaequete drainage. you can send wahetever money you like to me and i will sort things out from here !

Seems to me that the Red Cross would be the
best bet. They help people worldwide I think.
I have never seen anything like that disaster.
It appears the weather has gone haywire.
England, Texas and some other places I can't
name and here we are in the southeast and
we need rain badly.

Personelly, I'm partial to the Salvation Army, the first responders at New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. I'm not sure how they are in England.

Maybe our English friends can tell us.
