Frankly, artificial flowers in an arrangement for wedding receptions seems a bit tasteless. I wouldn't pay for such a thing.

HSN (The Home Shopping Network) sells this stuff!!! It is a powder mixed with water!!! The chemical reaction causes it to solidify.
