If you are sick than maybe you want to stick to something light.. I like jello made according to pkg. directions and add a tub of cool whip (light/reg) Mix and pour into serving cups the jello, whipped cream will seperate into a nice refreshing and pretty dessert.. It's also figure friendly at midnight.. I like to use sugar free jello/fat free or light cool whip.... You can also add canned mandarin oranges or canned pineapple as well.. they will just sink to the bottom

if you have a blender...this is tasty!
FRUIT SMOOTHY:
fruits recommended: strawberries, bananas, blueberries, raspberries, and any other fruit that you'd like to add is fine!
other ingredients: yogurt, and if you'd like to add the drink called fuze, there are many different fruit flavored flavors that are great to add!
dice the fruit up in a bowl and then put it in the blender! you can add as much yogurt and/or fuze as you want!
so blend it up, put it in a cup, get a straw and enjoy!
