Hello, I have a friend who used to be thick with semi large breasts. She started running and got up to 3 miles a day and at lunch went to the gym and within about 3 months you could really she the change in her. She went from hot to super hot and toned up in all the right places. You need to eat right and exercise. You will drop weight and because breast tissue is fat tissue that will dissapear. I am not sure I have ever heard a female wanting to lose breast size except like those 40dddd(not sure if that is even a size) but you get my point.

i asked this too! I cant use wonder bra's cos theirs nothing to push up!! Some people said the contraceptive pill works, dont take just for that though. I found a natural herb sold in health stores-Fenugreak. I found putting on weight is also usefull. Hope this helps!

since breast tissue is made up of mostly fat, exercising your chest area with dumbells or doing push-ups to reduce your size naturally. If your mom's side had bigger breasts, then it could be just genetics and there's not a lot you can do about it.

hmm im not sure but if you loose some weight you can get it to shrink. like run and then when your two cups lower you can eat so you can gain back the weight you had before. unless you want to stay that way. but yah..the breast won't grow back

Wear a bra even when you go to sleep and do push ups,my
friend tried that and it worked!!!
