Are you in school? If so, the campus health clinic will probably be your best bet for a physical, in both cost (free or very inexpensive) and focus on your specific needs. Campus health folks see drug, STD and depression (and pregnancy if you are a woman) regularly and pay attention to this stuff. Regular internists mostly see sick, old people and will grill you for diabetes and heart disease, which you are less likely to have to worry about right now.
GPs or internists would otherwise be your best bet. Depending on your location, job or insurance, you might also be good to see a nurse practitioner or PA at a clinic.
