im sleeping over my freinds house and i forgot my retainer! will anything change if i dont wear it for one day????? Im really scared that my teeth will significantly change. Will they????

Don't worry it is a long term thing a retainer it will not change anything AT ALL

It's not gonna change dramatically over night. Just get them back asap and start using them again.
