When everything is perfect in your relationship, is that always a good thing? We get in arguements and stuff, but my boyfriend is always SO calm about them, he won't ever shout at me. But other than the small things, its just so perfect.. and it gets boring!

Maybe he is not the man for you. However once you have been with someone not so calm you find you crave for his calmness. If you have fun and have a laugh the fact that he doesn't get hot under collar when you argue is a good thing not a bad thing.

Trust your instincts, but calm is always a good quality!

Good luck

Well that is the way of things at times. I say I would have a nice normal relationship. I mean its good to air out some things in the relationship. And as long as one person stays calm about things, then the argument can stay in a more controlled environment. Why would anyone want all the drama in their relationship just to keep it more exciting? Should be happy for the nice, perfect, relationship. Be even more lucky he doesn't beat you, don't have kids that he sexually abuses or anything else. Sometimes this form of perfect is best. I mean the way so many people are in such bad relationships now, I would be happy for the usual calm argument and sharing breakfast and things like that over any of my a forementioned examples of a bad one.

Well Slowlygoinginsanelex my wife and I are also guilty of not arguing often. We have been together for a little over 3.5 years and over this time have had 3 disagreements that lead to harsh words being said. So on an average of 1 a year seems almost impossible to us also, but we are grateful for this. I have no idea of what age you and your man are but perhaps the fact of life is that your both maturing and able to deal with situations without arguing them. Be grateful and soon enough problems and or disagreements will come along, which is very healthy in all relationships. These little disagreements are actually what makes relationships stronger and grow.

small arguments are healthy. Being bored in a relationship isn't a good sign.
