I want to lose about 2 pounds so my abs(that i already have) will show. So is it okay to eat 100 more calories without gaining weight?

No, because 1,200 calories probably isn't even enough for you to maintain. Even if you were at your calorie expandsure limit though, the most you could gain from that 100 calories is 1/35 of a pound.

you need 3500 extra calories, that your body does not burn up from activity, to gain a pound, so go for it- the 100 calories are fine!
