You can get done in some pharmacies or stores that sell jewelery. I had my daughter's ears done in a pharmacy in Dietikon, Lilie Apotheke, when she about 8 months old.

My daughters had theirs done at the Claire's on Bahnhofstrasse. It was a couple years ago though, maybe they don't anymore.
