ya know, I don't even remember the last time I had a real meal. I think it was about 1 1/2 weeks ago. my daughter made tuna casserole.
I usually just snack during the day. I don't want to gain any of the weight I lost. the things I snack on are healthy foods, fruit, Slim Fast shakes or snack bars, I take plenty of vitamins and drink a lot of water.
I'm 5' tall and my weight got up to 170 lbs. I started at the gym and with the diet, I'm now 124 lbs. still want to loose 10 more lbs.

Dinner last night was a piece of salmon fillet, mashed potatoes with the peas folded in and melted butter and mint.

Ramin noodles with extra veg added. ( Chicken flavored kicked up with crushed peppers and garlic and onion powder) Had this about 11 o'clock. Yummmmmmmmmm

Well I've snacked all day on leftover crab rangoon. But last night I had Hoppin' John over rice. That was excellent.

I ate a grilled ham and cheese sandwich and tapioca pudding, washed it down with a glass of grape juice and a glass of water. that was at about 2pm central time.
