It's called: " I'm going to believe what I want to believe, regardless of the truth, and besides, I'd rather be a bigot than accept others the way they are! Besides, the Bible gives me license to dislike, prohibit, and therefore discriminate against gays. Since I don't have my own moral compass, I'm allowed to be a jerk! I only know what I am taught by a higher authority afterall!"

Great question. Isn't it interesting how so many anti-gay heterosexuals want to tell us how we are really feeling, what we are really thinking, what we have really experienced in our hearts, minds, lives and faith? It's as if millions of gay people don't even know our own minds! It's the heighth of arrogance and pride. It's just further evidence that justifying their sin of homophobia is more important than hearing the testimonies of gay people and the thousands and thousands of ex-ex-gays.

there are always gonna be people that doubt these things, we all know that. I'm not gay, but I understand. People never want to think that there's a slight possibility that gays are the same as straights, so they involve science. No matter how hard you, or anyone for the matter tries. there will my more negative people than not. and that my friend is a fact.

Because THEY were not born that way. And if they admit that others may have been, then they have been shunning people for something that was beyond their control. And if they were doing that, then they aren't such good (insert religion here)s after all.

Because the Bible says not to lie down with another of the same sex and that homosexuals can not enter the gates of heaven. Wide is the path of destruction. Narrow is the strait gate that few will go through. It's a person's choice. also there isn't nay scientific or DNA evidence to show that it is not a choice. Quite often you will find the lack of a positive and healthy Father figure in the family.

They can't; it's been established that sexual orientation is a matter of the androgen/estrogen balance at the time of birth or before. Of course they are born that way. C.G.,what bothers you on this? It's resolved by science, period. It doesn't matter that fundies can't accept it. Forget it. They are such a fringe element. Move on to other issues.

Can't. Otherwise they would have to choose to be gay and that would mean we could all choose to be gay. Trust me, if I see a mustache bobbing over my action I'm going limp.
