Steve Park for DEI and Geoff Bodine for HMS. Dale Sr did get the first win for HMS in a Busch race, though.

Jeff Green drove the #14 Racing For Kids Chevrolet for a team owned by Dale Earnhardt and Jeff Gordon at Pocono of 1996, which became DEI's #1 Car. Hendrick's was Geoff Bodine driving #5 Northwestern Security Life Chevy in 84 or 85.

DEI's first Cup driver was Jeff Green for 2 races in 1996. Robby Gordon did a third one at Charlotte in Oct. that same year.

HMS' first Cup driver was Geoffrey Bodine 1984

Earnhardt got HMS its first Busch win in a car 1/2 owned by his former father-in-law, Robert Gee in, I believe, 1983.

Got here late, so I'm not gonna jump on anyone else's bandwagon.

Great question, though! I always enjoy your trivia questions and intelligent respones to other questions.

HMS was Earnhardt Sr.
DEI was Steve Park, I think. In Cup series
Ron Hornaday and Jeff Green were first, full-time DEI drivers (Busch and Craftsman Series).
