John 21:25
But there are also many other things which Jesus did; which, if they were written every one, the world itself, I think, would not be able to contain the books that should be written.

St Paul points out in his second letter to the Thess – stand firm & hold to the traditions which you were taught by us, either by word of mouth or letter. Here are some scriptures to check out 2 Thess 2:15, 1 Cor 11:2, 2 Thess 3:6, 2 Tim 1:13-14 & 2:2. When the first Christians had disagreements they didn’t open their bibles – they didn’t exist – they held councils and held binding decrees – these councils were those who knew more then the others and they came to an agreement/understanding and thus made a binding decree (acts 15:1-29). The very books of the bible were determined by the Church (Rcc) and didn’t even happen until the 4th century – centuries of oral tradition. Without their determination and will to listen to the Holy Spirit, sent by God to inspire them there would be no bible.

The tradition are the things taught in the Bible. It includes all that is necessary to know the will of Jesus' Father. As you noted in 2 Thess. 2:14, they are written there. the need to keep that organization clean is in 3:6 and not allow traditions of men as doctrines. (Matt. 15:9) That sort of worship is useless.
The thing each of us must do on our own is to identify the true tradition's location and worship there in spirit and in truth. I could tell you but that would make it no better than false religion expecting you to follow some backwards collar telling you what to believe. God judges the heart. How can your heart have truth unless you put it there yourself?

As others have noted, the call Jehovah isn't contemporary in any of those New testomony verses. in fact, out of the thousands of historic NT manuscripts, no longer a single one includes the call. no longer one. Even the Watchtower Society admits this in its perception on the Scriptures quantity. See vol. 2, p. 9: "the extant manuscript copies of the unique text cloth of the Christian Greek Scriptures do no longer incorporate the divine call in its finished form." however the Watchtower e book takes pains to rationalize why the call would not look interior the NT manuscripts. extremely it asserts that the manuscripts have been corrupted and that the Watchtower translators "restored" the call in its New worldwide Translation. it extremely is a formidable fact. If--because of fact the Watchtower says--each NT manuscript in existence has been corrupted by making use of removing the call, then what different corruptions have taken place? additionally, if Jesus and his disciples have been going around 1st Century Judea making use of the call like it extremely is going out of choose, why is there no Scriptural info of the inevitable reaction by making use of the Jews and their leaders? It purely would not upload up. the only existence like end is that, for regardless of reason, it extremely is pretty unlikely that the unique NT manuscripts contained the call. My assertion is that religions like to function to the Bible. they have accomplished it for hundreds of years. The Watchtower/JW faith is not any different in this appreciate. it may be extra honest to easily admit this and flow on. purely my 2 pesos.

Also keep in mind that " traditions' are warned about.
(Matthew 15:3) In reply he said to them: “Why is it YOU also overstep the commandment of God because of YOUR tradition?
(Matthew 15:6) he must not honor his father at all.’ And so YOU have made the word of God invalid because of YOUR tradition.
(Colossians 2:8) Look out: perhaps there may be someone who will carry YOU off as his prey through the philosophy and empty deception according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary things of the world and not according to Christ;

It upsets God when people choose tradition over Truth.
Matthew 15:1-9
1 Then the scribes and Pharisees who were from Jerusalem came to Jesus, saying, 2 "Why do Your disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? For they do not wash their hands when they eat bread." 3 He answered and said to them, "Why do you also transgress the commandment of God because of your tradition? 4 For God commanded, saying, 'Honor your father and your mother'; and, 'He who curses father or mother, let him be put to death.' 5 But you say, 'Whoever says to his father or mother, "Whatever profit you might have received from me is a gift to God"-- 6 then he need not honor his father or mother.' Thus you have made the commandment of God of no effect by your tradition. 7 Hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy about you, saying: 8 'These people draw near to Me with their mouth, And honor Me with their lips, But their heart is far from Me. 9 And in vain they worship Me, Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.' You left out Acts 2:42 - the most important one:
"And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers." (KJV)

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints
http://www.lds.org
A few hundred years before the birth of Jesus Christ, people had fallen into apostasy(When individuals or groups of people turn away from the principles of the gospel, they are in a state of apostasy). When the Savior began His mortal ministry, He restored His gospel and established His Church again on the earth. He built His Church upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, He himself being the chief cornerstone (Ephesians 2:20).
Jesus Christ called twelve men to be His Apostles—including Peter, James, and John—and laid His hands on their heads to give them priesthood authority (Matthew 10:1; John 15:16; Matthew 28:19-20). Before the Savior’s death and Resurrection, He gave His Apostles priesthood authority to teach His gospel, perform the ordinances of salvation, and continue to establish His Church in the world.
These officers were given the authority (or priesthood) necessary to do the work of Christ’s Church. They did missionary work, performed ordinances such as baptism, presided over congregations, and instructed and inspired Church members. As long as those who had the priesthood were alive, the Church grew and prospered.
The Savior's coming fulfilled prophecy. He set a godly example and showed men what Heavenly Father was like. Yet He was rejected of men and crucified. He made the Atonement by suffering for the sins of all men. After His Resurrection, Jesus Christ guided His Apostles through revelation, making the Church of Jesus Christ a church led by God and not by men ( Acts 10; Revelation 1:1).
Long after Christ’s death, People on Earth again had inherited a state of apostasy, as each generation was influenced by what the previous one passed on, including changes in the doctrines and in ordinances, such as baptism. Although many good people believed in Christ and tried to understand and teach His gospel, they did not have the fullness of truth or the priesthood authority to baptize and perform other saving ordinances at that time.
In 1820, as He had done throughout history, Father in Heaven again chose a prophet to restore the gospel and the priesthood to the earth. He called a young man named Joseph Smith, and through him, the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ was restored to the earth.
As a young boy in 1820, Joseph Smith wanted to know which church was true. As he searched the Bible for help, he read, “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him” (James 1:5). Because of this passage, Joseph decided to ask God what he should do. Joseph went into the woods near his home and prayed. Suddenly, a light shone above him and Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ appeared to him. He described his experience: “I saw a pillar of light exactly over my head, above the brightness of the sun, which descended gradually until it fell upon me. . . . When the light rested upon me I saw two Personages, whose brightness and glory defy all description, standing above me in the air. One of them spake unto me, calling me by name and said, pointing to the other—This is My Beloved Son. Hear Him!” In this vision God the Father and His Son, Jesus Christ, appeared to Joseph Smith. Savior told him to join none of the churches then in existence because they were teaching incorrect doctrines. The Savior stated, “They draw near to me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me, they teach for doctrines the commandments of men, having a form of godliness, but they deny the power thereof.” Through this experience and many others that followed, the Lord chose Joseph to be His prophet and to restore the gospel of Jesus Christ and His Church to the earth.
As Joseph Smith proved his worthiness, he was given a divine mission as a prophet of God. Through him, the Lord accomplished a great and marvelous work that included bringing forth the Book of Mormon, restoring the priesthood, and Ordnances including Baptism, revealing precious gospel truths, organizing the true Church of Jesus Christ, and establishing temple work.
The Book of Mormon: Another Testament of Jesus Christ is a collection of writings and teachings of the ancient prophets and followers of Jesus Christ who lived in the Americas from approximately 590 B.C. to 421 A.D. Prophets of the Lord engraved the original records on gold plates. On September 22, 1827, an angel named Moroni—the last Book of Mormon prophet—delivered these records to the Prophet Joseph Smith. By the gift and power of God, the Prophet Joseph translated the record into English.
Pearl of Great Price:
One of the volumes of scripture included in the standard works of the Church. The Pearl of Great Price includes extracts from Joseph Smith’s Translation (inspired version) of the Bible as well as a translation of some Egyptian papyri containing the writings of the prophet Abraham.
