Im only 16 but i am nearly 6ft, i was wondering do guys like goin out with girls that are taller than them, as this is looking quite likely as all the guys round were i live seem to be quite short!!

In my personal opinion height does not matter,only what is inside the girl's heart.

Sure, I'd do it. Let me tell y'all a story.
Now this is the story all about how my life got flipped, turned upside down and I’d like to take a minute, just sit right there; I’ll tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel-Air... no, wait, sorry. Wrong story.
Okay, here it is. This one time back in college, I went into a bar and saw this girl I knew from school sitting at the bar by herself, looking kind of down. She was on the basketball team. The girl was easily 6'3" and, well, she was a brick house. Built like an Amazon. But even though she was a big, fairly muscular girl, she still had a face that was somehow really feminine. Like, despite the strong chin and everything, she still had some baby fat and sweet doe eyes.
Alright, you can probably tell that I like telling this story already. =)
Anyway, I walked over and asked what was up, and she was practically fighting off tears. She told me that she hadn't had a boyfriend in three years, and she knew that it was because she was all tall and stuff, and she was worried that she intimidated guys. She tried to be as feminine as possible to offset her size, but guys still wouldn't approach her. Then she actually broke down right there. "I'm just so lonely," she said.
I put an arm around her right then and there and told her that she was one of the sweetest people I knew, and that if she wanted a guy, I could probably hook her up with whichever one she wanted.
I'm going to skip the rest of that conversation now and get to the good part. =)
Just in case anyone is wondering, we didn't do the sex. We just made out. And what was really funny was how... reactive this girl was. I think it was because she hadn't done anything with a guy in a long time. Any time I nibbled on her neck or even breathed on her the right way, she let out possibly the softest, most vulnerable, high-pitched moan I'd ever heard. I mean, this girl is over six feet tall and she's making out like a 4'11" girl. I had a good time that night, and I'm pretty sure she did too.
So yeah, I'm all about tall girls. And I'm 5'11", so it's never been that big a deal for me.
Hoo boy, I wrote a book there.

I am not a guy, but I'm 5'9. I look like a model. I've never had a guy think I'm unattractive because of my height. In fact, I get asked out a lot at strange places. I am confident and secure with my physical looks.....you would be surprised how much that helps. My fiance was 5'0, and I loved him more than anything.

My daughter is nearly six feet too, beautiful girl with a super personality and never lacked for dates. She always looked for tall guys to date, though.
Currently she is dating a guy who is only 5'6". He is absolutely gorgeous and they make a wonderful couple. Funny, I never really notice the difference in heights now -- and they've been together a year.

I once dated a girl 6 inches taller than me. I don't think height really matters too much to the guys. I think the girls are more concerned about it.

Taller women can be a bit awkward for a guy. But it's more about personality anyway. If they like you, they will get over the height difference. Just be yourself and you'll find someone.

EVERY one of my guy friends do NOT like their girls taller than them...this does NOT mean they dont find them attractive its usually you have to make up for it with something else o.- or find taller guys !

I dont mind. I'll say my gf is a supermodel. Im only 5'9 but I want tall kids so I'll date a girl taller than me.

actually i don't know but i lik going out with guys who r taller than i am. hate guys who r shorter than i am. so i see how u feel.
