poking holes just makes them leak faster.
i dont want leaks either.

Try microwaving them for short periods of time with a little rest in between. Depending on the microwave, I'll do between 30-60 seconds, then give it about 15-20 seconds for the temperature inside the food to even out. Then I'll repeat the process until the food is hot. It takes a little longer to cook stuff that way, but you're not having to spend the extra time cleaning pizza sauce from the microwave either.

Turn the temperature down(25 to 50 degrees lower) a little and watch them closely. If you are microwaving them, cook a little less time(10 sec less).

I usually end up with them exploded too, but if i remember to do that they don't.

♥♥♥watch them closer and if that doesn't work try cooking them at a lower temperature♥♥♥
