Regretfully that's probably true. Look at it this way, how many people who claim to be a Christian, who go to church semi regularly, but do not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. How many sit bored through the sermon just waiting for it to end so they can rush out to lunch, or the game, or the race. How many do not give God a second thought again until late Saturday night when they realize, "oh gez we got church tomorrow." Christ said to be his follower you can not put ANYTHING before him, how many do you know that don't put EVERYTHING before him. Work, family, play time, boating, golf, money.. Who many vote for a official who they know goes against the word of God in their politics in such ways as gay marriage, abortion, etc.

I don't have to read or listen to those testimonies to give you an answer. because what you got from it is true. 80% of christians probably won't make it to heaven. maybe even less than that. because there is a difference between a christian and an "almost christian" some people call themselves christians but go to parties with alcohal and pre-marital sex. that's not like Jesus. A lot of people (like catholics) believe in a trinity and are therefore baptized into the trinity(in the name of the father, son, and holy spirit) that isnt bible. and then they are baptized as babies. which is another thing. so if 80% of the "Christian" religion is catholic, and catholics aren't baptized correctly, and a person must be baptized to get into heaven. well then 80% of people who believed they were "christians" and thought they were baptized correctly because they never opened their bibles to see that what was going on is wrong, then that 80% is going to hell.

I agree that many so called Christians are going to hell but not because they have gone to parties or not baptized. You forget about the thief on the cross next to Jesus who believed and Jesus said this day I will be with you in Paradise. He was never baptized. It is a gift freely given and all you have to do is accept. Not by works lest ye boast. You cant work your way to Heaven that is Religion. A true belief in Jesus Christ and repentance of sin is the only way. Baptism fully submerged is a way to tell the public what you believe, and you do it because Jesus said so. Not so you can go to Heaven.

I don't how many will make to heaven but if 80% are Catholic or are led away by other things they may not make it there. I am one of those who once was led away by New Age teachings but I found my way back to the Lord and I have not regretted finding my back but I have regretted ever being fooled by Satan into believing that astrology or visualizations were harmless pastimes. I now know better.

I can only pray that the Lord has forgiven me and will accept that my path is hard and I will still stumble on that narrow path from time to time but I am His if He will have me.

Too much to read to form and opinion that quickly. I can tell you I believe in the many old and new testament prophesies and that the rapture is near. That there will be three and one half years of false peace after the church is gone. That the anti-christ will desolate the new temple in Shiloh and that Armageddon is the end of the Seven years of trials and tribulations and Christ will return with his new heavenly city and God will reign on earth. There will be a millennium and then Satan will be loosed one more time. To prove God right again.
Is that answer enough?
God Bless!

I regret to say you might well be right. Many believe they are a Christian because they live in a Christian country or family or they are baptised, pray, read the Bible and go to church. But unfortunately these things do not make them Christians. A true Christian believes that Christ is God and s/he has the indwelling Holy Spirit (Romans 8:9).

Some people, though, proclaim themselves to be Christians, but don't follow in their heart. They think baptism is enough for a ticket to heaven, while that's not the case. You really need to be dead-set on following Christ, and that's why not all "Christians" make it to heaven.

He will return to separate the sheep from the goats
and He may be more restrictive than most people really care to believe.

Lets, as Christians really strive to be everything He expects from us, to give everything our fullest potential, expecting his return to be tomorrow, each and every day

That's right...!!! Only a handful will make it. And those finding the narrow gate only a few will be able to enter... out of the billions of human beings in the world!
