There is still a lot of sugar in juices. Healthier than soda, but not necessarily going to help you drop lbs. I cut out soda all together once for about a month and lost 8 lbs. I would stick to 8-10 glasses of H20 a day and no other drinks if you want to lose weight. Of course, one glass of juice probably won't kill you.

Cutting out sodas is always a good move, but juice has sugar in it as well, so be careful. Drinking water is a very good idea.

Maybe you could cut your juices with plain seltzer water, making a fruit juice soda. That way, you would still have a refreshing beverage but with fewer calories than a soda or juice.

I will say definitely a good move. But concentrate on some exercise as well. Just cutting down food (or junk food) will not help in the long run. Better to take brisk walks once a day .. may be for 15 minutes or so.

Some people lose weight by cutting back on there soda intake. However, I cut out soda and never lost a pound. I do feel and sleep better so it was worth it.

Good Luck and Enjoy!

i'm amazed you were able to stop
i've tried and tried and it's like the soda calls to me ohh the sweet taste serioiusly water isn't bad but it doesn't have that super taste, and yes obviously you can add flavors and buy flavors but it cost more than just water, I'd say that juice is a crap load better, alot of sugar, but no caffiene to very little and it tastes alot better than water
