for your height and weight this is a nutritional calculator to lose one pound a week.

http://www.walgreens.com/library/calculators/20/000009.jsp?caltitle=Nutritional%20Needs%20Calculator

type in everything and at the very top, above the charts tells you your recommended calories you need to lose weight. I kinda trust Walgreen's since it is a nation wide store.

No just eat on veggies and drink water for the rest of the day, get your exercise in and get back on the wagon tomorrow. Remember it takes 3500 to even gain one pound and your well below that.
A person should eat between 1200-1500 to lose weight so don't worry abt it, it's not going to make a difference that you ate 100 measily calories over that.

Don't count every last calorie. Eat right, exercise, and you will loose weight. You will lose your mind counting every calorie. Don't eat greasy food, eat true whole grains without the enriched flour, drink water, and eat fruits and veggies. You'll lose weight just by sticking to good eating habits better.

That's a little lower than your general allowance anyways. Be careful; if you start eating too little your body's metabolism will slow itself down. It's a survival mechanism. Your body thinks you're starving it. Your best bet is to eat well and be really active.

1600 calories is very good...especially if you are active!
Why do you feel horrible? Maybe you feel guilty about the foods you ate? ...

try to keep your fat intake to about 15 grams per meal(breakfast, lunch, dinner). eat healthy snacks in between.

sounds like to me you are on the right track.
