How long are you going without feeding him?? Sometimes dogs that are really hungry will through up that bile looking stuff. Try to feed him some kibble and keep a close eye on him. If this continues longer then 3 days you should have him examined by a vet because it may be something more serious. I hope your dog gets better soon. Good luck

Time to go for another vet visit don't you think? 2 days is long enough to be vomiting bile - that's what the yellow stuff is.
'Stomach upsets' can involve either diarrhoea and vomiting, or both. They don't present the same every time, depending on the cause. There's probably a different reason for your dog's problem this time, or it may be a reoccuring problem.
Take her to a vet BEFORE she starts getting diarrhoea as well - only they can help, not us!

It's definitely best to check with your vet in situations like this. However, my dog does this when she goes too long without eating. It's most likely too much acid in the dog's stomach. It's best to feed two meals a day and give biscuits in between. The yellow vomit is simply bile. Your vet may recommend giving your dog 1 cimetidine tablet twice a day. This is the generic form of Tagamet.

Neeb?!?! dyslexic for been??? anyway... if your animal throws up more than just once during a reasonable time period, say 12 hours, its likely sick, animals can eat too much or eat something disagreeable and throw up, for dogs those things are mainly chocolate, cheeses, or stuff thats unusual or thick and sugary(like syrups and stuff). But definatly take him to the vet, and just tell them the gist of what you know, they'll charge you about 100 for the visit and another 30-60 for prescription stuff, routine extortion.

Is he an outside dog? He may be getting into something that doesn't agree with him. Is there something in the house he could be snacking on that he shouldn't be? Sometimes they get sick and eat grass which helps them barf up whatever the problem is. Make sure he is getting plenty of water and I would take him to the vet if it continues or becomes more frequent.

well if it has only been twice now don't panic he may not be that sick is he still eating if so he may get over it on his own. When he stops eating all together then you should take him strait to the vet.
some Plants will make them throw up the nasty Flem like stuff so check the plants inside and out
if they look as if he may have gotten into them take him right in to the vet

The yellow stuff is stomach bile. You should take him to the vet to be sure he is ok, especially since he has thrown up twice already.
