I want to lose 10-15 pounds for a highschool reunion coming up is mid September.

the only real way to lose weightis to eaty less and exercise more, duh!! everyone knows that- besides those pills are just a joke that waste money, my way will work!

I used to weigh 620lbs. That's right I WAS HUGE!!!!! Now I have to say that I ended up getting gastric bypass surgery in the end, but first I had to lose 50 lbs. I was put on a HIGH protein, very low carb diet. I lost the weight. My wife and mother have both since used my doctors diet to lose weight in a short amount of time. Limit your card intake to 30 total carbs a day. Try and intake 70 - 100 grams of protein a day, and take it easy on fat! My wife lost 27 lbs in 9 weeks, my mom lost 15 in 3 1/2 weeks! No pills, no drinks, no special food, no fees!

Just try cutting out all the sugar, breads, pastas, and potatos. You will be amazed at the results without putting chemicals into your body, or without waisting money on some B.S. miracle pills!

Then what do you need a weight loss product for. Sorry for not answering your question. But you have plenty of time to lose weight the "old fashion" way.

Just good 'ol fashioned exercise! Get a pair of jogging shoes and go out in the morning before it gets too hot!
