Stupidity! By curing this one disease we would probably end war and famine and find cures for most diseases in short order.

Wow what a ? I would have to say There are several but the biggest is Racism.. Folks may say that it ist one but it sure is prevelant no matter where we are in this world. Once this stops maybe more diseases will be cured instesad of denying treatment because you cant pay.. and a lot of that is based on race.. Good Day

Crohn's disease because so many ppl have been dxed with it over the past few yrs and because I have it. We have an average of 30 children a month at Childrens hospital where I live. That's 30 too much plus they are being dxed as early as 1 yr old!!
Also, blood clotting disorders that are genetic. I have this as well.

Political Stupidity. Because if that were cured, they would free up enough money to do research on all of the other diseases!

cystic fibrosis- I watched my sister struggle with the disease,being stuck on oxygen-not having a normal life and finally die from it. I guess its a disease near and dear to me so its the first one I say-however curing cancer would save alot more people.

prolly diabetes I myself am Diabetic and have been for 8 years. I was diagnosed with it when I went into a coma for several days and was 3 hours from dying. and most of my grandparents are diabetic. and its like the 4th biggest disease out there so prolly diabetes

Cancer would be my first chose cause because heart disease it is the most popular i was thinking of picking HIV/Aids but that could be more preventalbe unlike Cancer

Heart Disease:
It'd be a 2 for 1 because I could help heart attack and stroke victims - probably the largest control group.

Cancer and Lou Gehris Disease. Family and friend died grom both. Both terrible illnesses.

Definitely depression. I have a sister in law that lost a sister to suicide last year. I seen first hand how depression affects so many people.
