By Sushi you mean the rice-rolls or the actual fresh cut raw pieces of fish and other seafood ? Just wondering because I also love it !
I once went to fussion restaurant. The chef was half Itallian half japanese... He came up with a fish carpaccio. I asked him what type of fish he used and he said Snook.
It was delicious...

A bacon cheeseburger from MAX'S and ERMA'S. also swiss steak and mashed pot. also roast pork with dumplings and sauerkraut.but best of all I love grilled pork chops with cheese pot. and fresh green beans with pear sauce.
