(using the stereotypical Monothiestic God) Do you think God knows how he created what he did like we know how to make a PBJ sandwitch? Or do you think He knows it like we know how to open and close our hand, or how we remember things, but when asked you honestly couldn't say, but you KNOW how, because you can and DO do it. And if you believe he does know how, like we know how to make a PBJ sandwitch, do you think He could communicate this through words? "He who says does not know. He who knows can not say." - Tao Te Ching.

lol, don't you see all the question marks? I want to know which one of those you believe to be true, and if none of those, explain what you do believe.

Assuming Genisis is correct (literaly), God didn't say "ok dirt, i want this piece to go here, that one to go there, this one to be red. Ok this is how i want them to have the ability to think...." rather He just told them to make it. So it could still be like the knowledge of how we know how to open our hand. We just tell our hand "OPEN!" and it opens. We don't say "ok brain, send an electric signal through through the spine to the hand, and make the muscles contract, but only 1034 fibers of the muscles." Let alone saying HOW to make and send the electric signal ;)

Good question.

Genesis says God created by speaking. Sounds to me like the second option is more correct, as it didn't take physical work.

He spoke - it happened.

I have no idea for sure, but I bet you that once you know, the answer will be as simple as making a PB&J sandwich. To me life had to somewhat evolve, although it evolved by design, not randomly. The natural mechanisms that the human body has to protect itself from diseases and to make sure it can walk on 2 feet have been developed over time, but that one simple touch of life that GOD gave us started the whole thing. By design the way we are created and the way we decay has been made complicated enough, so that we don't figure out how to create life out of nothing and not allow ourselves to live forever. To me the analogy of created life by GOD is the same as starting a river... You will know where the river will flow and how it will end, as long as you start it in the right place and foresee all the obstacles it will go through.

God is the multi-dimensional field of reality in which we are embedded that is responsive to consciousness. It is neutral. It is an infinite field of potentiality and information but to personify it is silly.

"He who knows cannot say" refers to the highly individual nature of transcending the ego and seeing into the "All" or the "Real," i.e. the difficulty of describing that world view.

Very interesting.

The recipe for man: a mound of dirt, and the breath of life.
The recipe for woman: a mound of dirt, a rib of man, and the breath of life.
